Make-up for a beautiful wedding at the Four Seasons hotel
I created the gorgeous Cecilia's natural and glowing bridal make-up look by applying Becca Backlight Priming Filter and then Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint in 'Bare 01', before setting her base with Vichy Dermablend Setting Powder, a translucent powder which mattifies the skin without
