Make-up for an elegant wedding at Hampton Court House in Surrey

“Catherine did mine, my mum’s and my maid of honour’s make-up for my wedding and we were all so pleased with how we looked! My mum was a bit nervous about having her make-up done professionally, but Catherine listened to what she wanted and set her completely at ease. My own look was exactly what I had in mind – the best I’ve ever looked” – Kate

Beautiful bride Kate got married at Hampton Court House, a magnificent eighteenth century house overlooking Bushy Park in the London Borough of Richmond:

Kate wanted a natural but enhanced make-up look for her wedding day, to compliment her delicate gown, which was designed by Sally Eagle and purchased from Luella’s bridal, a gorgeous vintage style bridal boutique in Wimbledon in South London:

I applied Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint in ‘Deep Bisque’ to even out Kate’s complexion, before concealing where needed with Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer in ‘Honey’, before setting everything with a medium-toned face powder. I then dusted on the bronzing shade from Charlotte Tilbury’s Filmstar Bronze and Glow palette to warm and subtly contour her face, followed by Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in ‘Champagne Pop’ to highlight her cheekbones etc.

I enhanced Kate’s brown eyes with Too Faced eye shadows in a mix of ‘Hazelnut’ and ‘Triple Fudge’, followed by subtle false lashes and Benefit Gimme Brow through her eyebrows, to groom them and keep them in shape.

Finally, I applied Bobbi Brown lipstick in ‘Brownie’, a warm pinky-brown, to complete her naturally enhanced look.
