COWDRAY HOUSE
Cowdray House is a stunning historic country house, situated at the heart of the 16,500 acre Cowdray Estate. You can hire it for exclusive use, so you and your bridal party can have total privacy on your wedding day. Extensive landscaped grounds with a far-reaching view of the South Downs make a superb setting to hold a drinks reception, as well as a wonderful backdrop for wedding photographs.
You can hire Buck Hall, which is a stunning space with a vaulted ceiling and stained glass windows, and which has a dining capacity of 150, or the grand wood paneled Dining Room, which seats up to 110 guests. There’s also a gorgeous suite called The Diamond Room for the bride to get ready in, which is a glamorous bedroom with magnificent views and an incredible bathroom.

RUMBOLDS FARM
This sixteenth century barn is located on a stud farm, surrounded by 100 acres of pasture and ancient oak forests on the Surrey/Sussex border. The barn itself can seat up to 112 wedding guests, or more with additional marquee hire.
The barn is fronted by a large covered drinks patio, and adjoins a flower laden pergola leading out to a large lake, and beautiful views of pasture and woodland beyond. There’s also a pretty cottage where the bride can get ready on her wedding morning.
BROYLE PLACE
Broyle Place is a beautiful Grade II Elizabethan manor house, available for exclusive use for weddings. Wrought iron gates and a long driveway provide a spectacular entrance to this romantic property which is bordered by ponds, sweeping lawns and ancient oaks. Set in 30 acres of grounds and woodland, Broyle Place is a truly peaceful and private spot in the pretty Sussex countryside, near Lewes.
It has a custom designed marquee which can hold 50-160 guests for the wedding breakfast, while The Great Hall provides seating for an intimate ceremony for up to 50 wedding guests. The sweeping staircase and red carpet inside the house provide a dramatic background for the bride’s entrance and the impressive fireplace, lit by candles, is a romantic setting for the signing of the Register. The Boat House, which is set against a backdrop of woodland and water features, can accommodate up to 150 wedding guests, and is the perfect setting for an outside ceremony.
